Not drinking before and after meals....
I never realized how much I drank while I ate until I started trying not to. I have to say, I don't like this part of the regimen. I get so thirsty. It seems lame, but I couldn't wait to drink my water after my allotted time after breakfast passed.
Any advice on how to get thru it? Tell me it gets better and you get used to it.

Sigh. This is my least favorite part - not that I'm complaining! I try to wait as long as possible after eating; it makes a difference in how soon I'm hungry again. I wi**** didn't. I find the time between stopping eating and not drinking to be the hardest. I guess I want to be doing something - eating or drinking - all the time. BUT, it does get easier, especially when I remember why I'm doing it.
