I went in today and had my check up with the nurse and she said I am doing GREAT. I have lost 6 inches from waist and hips and a nice 113 lbs total. so I guess I am doing something right. I am on the site daily just reading posts for encouragement and I comment on some but I am here if anyone needs or wants to talk. everyone hang in there it does take work but it is well worth it I love the feeling of drown ding in my old "snug" shirts.
