How are you moving today? Let's exercise....
So there have been a few posts lately that have motivated me to exercise even when I didn't want to, so I thought, maybe we should make it a daily thing! I am willing to start it daily if anyone is interested! Just let me know. We can do some challenges if you want, throw ideas out there and I will make it happen! It can be anything, walking, running, biking, swimming, whatever it is that gets you moving!
So in about 15 mins I will be headed out the door to run, going to shoot for 3.5 of solid running and maybe an extra mile walked.

*grumble*... I am going to make myself go to the gym here in a few minutes. Been trying to make myself get up for a little while today... just kinda sluggish because of TOM.
Once I do make it to the gym, I'll probably walk the treadmill for 20 minutes or so and do another 20 on an elliptical.
Four more days until I can do any exercise I want. I can't wait!

First of all, LOVE your avatar-I quote it to others all the time. Second, I think this post is a great idea to keep us motivated and accountable. Was going to the gym reguarly but after pain and hospital visit(gallstone diagnosis) this past week, gym is on hold at least until surgeon visit this Wednesday-does massive housecleaning, closet/shoes rearrangement count as some form of excercise??( I hope so!)

I didn't want to, but made myself do 45 minutes of power yoga - today's was a combo of upper body and core. My shoulders are SORE.
