Walking, walking, and more walking...trying to out-fitbit myself.  Present high is 5.5 miles and 25 flights of stairs in one day.  Just got back from 1.5 miles on lunch.  It's 85 degrees outside.  I think I'm dying.

 I love that, out-fitbit yourself! What a perfect way to describe it, I always use it to challenge myself. It's kind of fun (in a twisted kind of way LOL).

 I did week 4 Day 2 of my Easeinto5K at lunch and will go walking this evening to get some groceries.

Active recovery day.  My trainer  kicked my ass (literally) with my lower body workout last night.  I walked 3/4 miles 2x today.  I will swim some laps tonight if it's not raining. My pool is up to 84 :)
