I was really sick last week, so my workouts suffered.

Today I'm going to lift weights (New Rules of Lifting for Women workout) and will also run on the treadmill for a warm up before, as well as some HIIT afterwards.  Should be a great calorie burn!

2 hour gym routine tonight. 90 min cardio, the rest weights. Can't wait!! Maybe even the sauna after!

Took a lunch hour walk and got myself up to 8000 steps before getting the last in my series of Orthovisc injections in my right knee. Will be hobbling around for a couple of days and give myself some slack with a goal of being back up to 12,000 a day by Friday.

Today is abs. 255 crunches. I can do that with a sore knee. Tomorrow is supposed to be push-ups, may have to defer that.

Highest weight: 335 lbs, BMI 50.9
Pre-op weight: 319 lbs, BMI 48.5
Current range: 140-144, BMI 21.3 - 22

175+ lbs lost, maintaining since February 2012

 3 miles at my fastest pace yet (still REALLY slow).  Also working on putting together an ab routine for tomorrow and my upper body.  With Plyo yesterday and the run today but legs need a break tomorrow.

 Elliptical, 30 minutes, and kicked up the intensity!
