Checking in
Hey Khess,
Glad to see you around.
Don't let the weight loss rate thing mess with your head (and I am one to talk, I have a daily chart of my slope). It will change over time. You will notice more patterns as you get further out. Me, I have a really fast month followed by a slower month. That started at about month 3 for me. Then within the month I will have a slow period followed by a fast period. Just today I dropped almost two lbs, after gaining .4 back. Its crazy!
I wi**** had been a constant .8 lbs a day like it was the first two months! Especially as I get closer to goal.
You know the drill as well as I do - focus on what you can control and dont obsess over the scale. I have to remind myself of that every day!
Glad you had a great time while you are away and don't forget to share anything valuable you learned with us!

Glad to see you!! I was wondering if you had gone back to work.
Look at your weight loss. Wow!! You are still doing great even if it has slowed down a bit. How long have you been back to work? I'm sure you'll find a sutiable meal schedule to fit your daily routine. Just give it time.
Maybe you would benefit by having two plans. A work plan and a home plan. I don't know if this would work but as a suggestion try eating slightly larger meals with dense proteins when you are at work. Then you won't have to eat as often. Plus, your body might also require the slight increase because you are more active now. This may also bump up your weight loss too.

Hey handsome, I was wondering about you! Glad you are back at work though, I know you where really hoping to get back to it. Don't worry about the weight loss, the change in your scheudal, activity level, sleep etc was bound to throw you off a bit, just keep doing the right things and you will get back on track.

Yes, getting back to work is an adjustment when you have a physically demanding job. I also don't get a scheduled meal break and it is hard to eat small amounts every 3 hours. I also go prepared with my cooler. It took a few weeks to get my mojo back. I have never been a good sleeper but find I am sleeping better since the sleeve procedure. So I'm not experiencing sleep deprivation. I get almost 6 hrs sleep a night and that is great for me. My problem is finding exercise time since back to work and carrying 12 credit hours in school. Hopefully you will be able to get in a routine soon. Good luck and keep working toward your goal...don't know it might open new opportunities for you!
