 Yeah, I am eating right, drinking my water and exercising more!  I am finally on track and so happy that I am so happy that I am finally ready to get my last pounds off............  

B: EAS shake, coffee, creamer and  water
L: Egg Poached love poached eggs, and one turkey sausage patty (Jimmy )
S: low fat cheese and Ritz Wheat Crackers
D: Shrimp Salad
S: cottage cheese and cherries

 Sounds really good :) can't wait till I can eat more substantial foods like that. 
I am on my way though :) 

Referal weight 265, surgery date weight 243, ticker is all post op loss so add 22 to ticker loss

 How are you doing with your sugery and recovery?  I am 21 mos post op.  It gets hard as you go along.
