Way to go, Robert.  You continue o be a great inspiration. You should post a picture of that outfit. ;)

Dont let traveling turn into an excuse - the night before I travel, my carry on is packed with a few single serving bags of jerky and allow-carb protein bar.

Isnt flying so much better now?

Love this story. One of the funnest things in the whole world is seeing people for the first time that you haven't seen since the weight loss. they are so amazed. happened to me today. bet it was especially awesome in the workplace!!!!!!

i usually carry almonds and a protein bar on airplanes. you never know where you are going to get stuck. and i always order tomato juice to drink. my new airplane drink.    diane

Good for you for not having the pretzels! Planes are triggers for me, too. Hotels, as well. It sounds like you have just made up your mind, are going for the goal and charging the hill.

Now the real question, are you prepared for all the women that will be chasing you down from now on?

You must have felt like you were on a Victory Lap the whole time! I love that your friend said you're selling the total package. That's for sure! Walkin the walk & talkin the talk, and of course the proof is plain to see!

Oh yeah, I'd love to see a pic with that great outfit too!
In two decades I've lost a total of 789 pounds. I should be hanging from a charm bracelet. Erma Bombeck
