Me, strict with my food?? Maybe...but i'm pretty sure ive eaten a lot of crap that would make Frisco cringe

It's all relative I suppose - i just have a few things that are absolutely not going in my mouth.

You have helped me in so many ways, and it is a comfort and a boost to see your success, struggles, and honesty throughout our journeys. It has been an amazing year! Congratulations again!

WELL happy birthday and re-birthday.

I am currently 45 days away from my surgery and I am absolutely looking forward to it. I have been learning so much from everyone on here and I always see your on the group. Just personnaly wanted to thank you for taking the time to share and care with us here.

As usual, I agree with you. I don't love my Sleeve. I still have buyers removrse from time to time.

People don't understand how much of THEM it takes to lose weight. The Sleeves helps some, but the decisions we make help the most.

I realized when I met a VSG'er who stopped losing after 2 months that this is really me - yes, it helps not to be "hungry", but hell, my acid makes me hungry a lot of times, and yes, it's nice to get "full" after a small amount of food, but I can eat again 20 minutes later if i really wanted. So, seeing as how my problems wasn't ever eating b/c i was hungry - that's such a small part of the equation for me.
