Post VSG tests

Hi there,

I'm meeting with my GP (aka PCP) on Monday. I plan on getting VSG in Mexico in August but I need to have my Dr on-board for my post-care.

I need to know how often he needs to see me, what tests he needs to order and at which interval. He's not too keen on my getting surgery in Mexico, so I want to be able to walk into the office with as much info as possible, so he can't refuse me.

 Could you guys give me an detailed list? Maybe it could help others...

I would hope your surgeon in Mexico would be able to provide this information for you. I think each surgeon varies on what his post-op plan is for his patients.
