Yup...I hated wasting food but I would just do a small bite of 3 or 4 things and enjoy it no less! I did eat a lot of salads.....of course, I can't stand dressing so to me, lettuce, feta and ham is a great salad lol....

I think the bahamas will be much warmer lol
I Always thought I would like to go to alaska but it looks too cold for me I will stick to the warmer climates

I'd recommend going up there.....it is unbelieveable how beautiful it is....everyone told me words couldn't describe it and they really can't.....waking up to see whales with ice floating by....and bears rolling in the snow....for a south east texas guy who sees snow once a decade, it was breathtaking.....and freezing.....but worth it in every way....

Wow! To both your incredible weight loss and the pictures. Alaska is spectacular! I took an Alaskan cruise a few years ago and your pictures brought back great memories. But, also reminded me how I didn't like the pictures with me in them because of my weight. I would love to take another cruise one day and can't wait to pose for pictures as the new, thinner me! Enjoy your new, fit and thin life! You are an inspiration.
