50 lbs gone forever!
Well....I can't say its been easy or fast or what not, but I can say I have forever lost 50lbs.
I'm trying to come back and get re-focused. I stayed away quite a while now because honestly other peoples success' feels like my failure since i have the most stuborn metabolism on earth. But whatever. I've gone from a 20 to a 15 jr.s! Yes Jr.s and that is an accomplishment, I can now run/walk a 5k in 45 minutes, is it the fastest? NO, but it is a 5k in 45 minutes, and last year it took me 68 minutes, so there! LOL. I fly without wondering if the seat belt will fit. I plan on going on every roller coaster in NY this summer. I coached my daughters soccer team this spring, something i would never have done last year.
When i say re-focussed I just mean that I want to get support again, and share and read. I have been trying to stay on plan as best i can this whole time, however the discourging 3 month stall has allowed some carbs to sneak back in, a hand ful of goldfish here and there, not a cake or anything major. So I am now back to basics.
Hopefully I can push through this last 60 lbs with the helo of all you lovely losers!
Happy Weekend!

I am sorry you have stalled for so long. A little pep me up---based on a lot of the studies I've seen the best excess weight los****s around 18 months. I know some people hit goal at 7-8 months or even 6 months but the norm is around 12-18 months. So don't count yourself out. Get back on plan and finish this journey out. Your positive attitude and willingness to try is going to push you through to goal! I wish you all of the best and welcome back!
