Thanks!! I borrowed the "pick a number" from someone else ( a vet) some time ago. It's an awesome gift that keeps on giving! And so far it's working!

Height = 5'2 Age = 37 Surgery Date = August 13, 2012 HW = 231lbs LW = 131lbs

Regain SW = 209.6 CW = 191.2 Goal Weight = 157.6 lbs

The only way you will see results is if you stay consistent!

You are definitely one of those who had a positive impact on my own journey. When the crazy stuff goes down I often think of that bagel post and how that kinda inspired you to take a break from the boards and consider it myself.

I'm working out my transition plan for maintenance and plastiocs now. Being less than 20 lbs to goal is like the 23rd of December. Soo close, in sight, but just not quite there.
