I'm sure all will slow down here pretty quick but with just 23 lbs off I already feel better.

3 - 16 oz protein shakes morning, mid-day, evening

2 - Snacks  = clear broth.  mid morning, pre evening  (about 8-12 oz each)

2 - 32 oz "Buba Mugs" full of what ever,  50/50% Crystal lite, tea/water,  etc.

two chewable mutivitimins and a chewable calcium suplement daily.

You are doing awesome!! Keep up the great progress my friend!!

I agree, I feel so much better already. Your doing great. Good job sticking to your diet and getting your vitamins in.

You are doing well.  I was sleeved on June 26 and find it really hard consuming so much liquid.  I can barely finish 2-16oz protein meals.  I do enjoy some broth a couple times a day. You just inspired me to keep trying.

I keep a "Bubba" mug next to me at all times.  I also take it every where I go.
sip sip sip all day long. 

I now consume

3 16 oz shakes
2   8-10 oz broth snacks

2 bubba mugs full of liquid.

The key on the Bubba mug is I fill it half way with crystal lite and the res****er and ice.
