Liquid Meal Replacement Preference

Thank you all for your input.  I greatly appreciate it.

My nutrionist calls them Liquid Meal Replacements "or other protein enriched meal replacement" that we need to drink the 2 weeks before and 2 or more weeks after.

My nutrionist said they had to stay under 200 for 8 oz. calories and have 11-20 g of protein,

I used pure protein...it doesnt taste aweful and its has 35grams of protein and you can find this in the vitaman shoppe
