Slow learner here
Man I can't believe it I am 4 weeks and two days out. Last night I ate a SF popcycle and promptly threw it up, tonight it was shrimp.
I am not overeating I weight and measure everything. I forget and I eat it to fast. I know tonight was because it was my first day back at work and it ended up being a very stressful day so I was not paying attention when I ate my shrimp.
Tomorrow will be better and I will, I will slow down and pay attention.

It is an adjustment for sure. Great job with the weighing and staying on plan though! My hardest habit to break was not drinking while eating- really tough. Better at it now though, and I think your slowing down will develop to the point that you won't have to think about it as much so long as you keep working on it :)

When it comes to that, I'm not sure I'll ever learn. I think early out, I was much more cautious, but now, I still eat too fast and have a few moments where I'm thinking "what the hell is wrong with me". Oh well - comes with the territory I suppose, but im hopeful that one day, I'll make some progress towards eating slower.
