Man I can't believe it I am 4 weeks and two days out.  Last night I ate a SF popcycle and promptly threw it up, tonight it was shrimp.

I am not overeating I weight and measure everything.  I forget and I eat it to fast.  I know tonight was because it was my first day back at work and it ended up being a very stressful day so I was not paying attention when I ate my shrimp.

Tomorrow will be better and I will, I will slow down and pay attention.

It is an adjustment for sure.  Great job with the weighing and staying on plan though!  My hardest habit to break was not drinking while eating- really tough.  Better at it now though, and I think your slowing down will develop to the point that you won't have to think about it as much so long as you keep working on it :)

I have that problem too. I measure everything, but I seem to forget often that I need to eat slower than slow.

We just need to keep at it.

That is one thing I need to learn too. I eat way to fast...I do not throw up but I get the worst feeling in my stomach and chest.

I don't really get any feeling except oh oh here it comes and it just comes out, not like when I was sick pre sleeve.  Time will help me slow down I am sure, if you take a horse to the water often enough sooner or later he is going to drink.

Have a great evening everyone!!!

When it comes to that, I'm not sure I'll ever learn. I think early out, I was much more cautious, but now, I still eat too fast and have a few moments where I'm thinking "what the hell is wrong with me". Oh well - comes with the territory I suppose, but im hopeful that one day, I'll make some progress towards eating slower.

ah, the reappearing food!  soooooo familiar to me.  and it took more than 4 weeks for me to figure it out!  at least it's not like really barfing!  (that's what i told myself!).  it's a learning curve for sure.  totally new way of eating and totally new tummy.  don't get down on yourself.  it's all a learning experience (yuck!).  you'll be fine!  (((((((((hugs)))))))))))
