Beginning My WLS Journey

 I am starting my WLS journey and received my acceptance letter from Mt. Carmel West Hospital  in Columbus Ohio. I hope to have the gastric sleeve surgery but will make my final decision after talking to my surgeon.  Is there anyone who went through the program at Mt. Carmel in Columbus Ohio? If so, what was your experience and what advice do you have for me?
