Congrats! that rocks. I had the PA at my endocrinologist office say the same thing to me, and I was almost floored the first time.

My trainer is 21, and I have to be careful because I'm a natural-born smart-ass. I work very hard not to come accross like a skeezie cougar; however, I think a hug of grattitude under your cir****tances would be fine :)
