I think the 100 calorie bags are like our sleeves - The fix the portion problem but not the head problem!

I see spmething similar in the supermarket now with cookies.  There is a company selling rotein fortified versions of Oreos andother popular cookies.  Like it makes it OKAY to have a bunch because their not AS bad for you.  Or the people who wolf down CLIF bars a dozen at a time because they are heaalthy.

I don't think 90% of people in this country don't know HOW to tell if they are hungry any more.  They just eat when its available.

Just another way for big food companies to market their junk food by making you think you will somehow eat less or be healthier in the portion. A big lie as you saw from people making repeat visits to this table.

I think of the junk food aisles at the grocery store like cigarettes and just don't even look there. Since I maintain on 1200 calories I can't really do 100 calories of junk (and still do my peanut butter addiction but thats different).

Anyway, I vote "bad"

I learned that this does not work for me, at all, it's too easy to just grab a second pack. I bought the Skinny Cow candy packs for a "treat", and forget it, I had to send them to work with my husband b/c I can't just eat one bag.
