You Know it' a Good Day When----???????

You are ALL inspriational!!!! 

... when the cute guy in line behind you flirts with you (and no, a hot blonde was NOT behind me LOL)

... when your hubby puts his arms around your waist and says "wow, I feel bones"

... when you wake up in the morning glad to be alive and happy and content with yourself.
(that should probably be #1 LOL)

 Today was a good day! I walked half a mile up hill in 95 degree heat and did have to catch my breath 
, take a break and barely broke a sweat. Pre surgery I think this would've killed me (seriously).

When you go to the store to buy underwear and find the kind that fit the best and KNOW you need the small size because the last time the mediums were just a little too big!

Small panties...Please! who would have thought?

You go Frisco. You bask in your day in the sun...that's an order. LOL

When an entire day passes and you don't think of your size (limitations) once, you just live, move and enjoy a body that does what you ask of it with no complaint.

 A good day is when I realize .... Later ... That I haven't wasted precious mental energy thinking and obsessing and worrying about excess weight .... And just lived my life !!  ... So much more out there!! 

That's a great feeling Frisco I can totally relate, I was a 3X shirt and I'm now in a medium as well.

It's an AWESOME feeling congrats!!

 When I realized I had the confidence to tell some hot guy at the gym that he looks good! (he was trying to take a pic for his membership card and he hesitated and ran his hand through his hair and I said don't worry, you look good - he just smiled and said thanks)

It just kind of came out..i was embarassed for a minute, i couldnt believe I did that, but then i reliazed my self confidence is growing - i didnt even think twice before blurting it out. 

 Whoooooooo! That's exciting! 

When I walk to my closet in the morning and choose what I WANT to wear vs what doesn't cut me in half or what hides fat the best. It's freeing!

When my kids hug me and say "you're skinny!"

When my husband suprises me with UBER sexy nighties and THEY FIT. I will feel like a freaking GODDESS in them after plastics!

When my weight doesn't control every waking thought and action during my day and I just go out and live my life.

P.S. So excited for you and your great day. That is amazing they thought you were in the wrong room! ha ha
