Dr Appointments

I have never had to make this many appointments for myself

I have Pulmonary, Cardiac, and Gastroenterologist all set

Need to get Priamary, and Psych completed (the goal for the day)

All nutritionist visits are scheduled.  

Follwing insurance guidelines to a "T" 

They just want to make sure you are all good and healthy for surgery. I know it's a pain but well worth it to get your VSG. Good luck with everything!

I fully agree that they need to due there due diligence in making sure I am healthy enough for surgery.  

I just actually got the call from the psychologist which is the last call appointment I needed to get set up.

Last thing I personaly need to do know is quit smoking, I have chose a quit date and I will stick to it.  I have 7 children I plan on seeing grow up get married and have families of their own.

That is great motivation to quit smoking right there!!!  You can do it!!!
