NSV at 3.5 weeks post op

 So today was my first fitting for my wedding dress. I was super nervous but new it would be ok cause David's Bridal just rocks. My dress was a 20W and it was almost falling off me today!!! After trying a few different sizes, found out my dress is discontinued and may not be available for re-order. However, there was still one in stock in a different size that could be ordered. IT'S A PETITE SIZE 16!!!!!!!!!  Now I'm not quite to that size but only two inches away and I KNOW I will be there come Octoer!!!

This was AFTER stopping by Khols to get new shapewear because my old one wasn't shaping any longer!!! While there, I found a really cute Vera Wang dress that I could even wear to work. My fiancé convinced me to try it on but was only in size XL-petite. OMG! It fit!!!! 

I haven't been able to wear petites in over 7 years!!! I was so excited to try clothes on today!!! So happy ad I'm only 3.5 weeks out!!!

I am getting married in October as well and so nervous that I will not be able to find a dress that I love. I have already purchased a dress that Davids Bridal said they would take store credit for. Just hoping it can be taken in enough. So frustrating to not know what size I will be and so exciting at the same time! Congratulations to you on your wedding and buying a smaller dress!
