surgery weight gain annoying

 I had my gall bladder out on tuesdasy and am about 4 lbs up now. a friend said it is just air and from the fluids, but damn, the scale isn't budging and I annoyed. ugh!!!!!!!

When they do surgery, usually they pump you full of fluids through the IV. It can take a week or so to get all of that out of your system.

I had neck fusion surgery in March and then an ablation in June, both times I gained around 5-7 pounds and it took 5-10 days for it to come off. It's normal. Annoying. But normal. Hang in there and don't get too hung up on the scale. I know... it's hard!
