First let me say I am taking no credit just passing on someone else's info.  This is how I made it:

1/2 cup fage 0%
1 tbsp Jello Sugar Free Cheesecake pudding mix
1 tsp splenda
1 tbsp skim milk (to help with mixing)

Mix and eat.  I can't eat the entire 1/2 cup so it's two snacks but still very good!  I will say right after surgery I never could have eaten it as it's very sweet but my taste buds are more normal now and I like it.

For an extra yummy cheesecake flavor I add a bit of Torani SF Pumpkin Pie syrup and a dash of pumpkin pie spice. YUM!!

I find the SF Torani Pumpkin Pie syrup at World Market around September or October. I try to stock up because they run out fast! Really good stuff!!

I want to try this.  Would I be able to add 0.5 scoop of unflavored protein powder?  would it make it too dry?  increase the milk?

Thanks,
Marie

Yep---increase the milk a little at a time.
Pistachio is good too BTW. Actually allot of the SF puddings work.
Gotta change up those flavors or it gets really boring.

You can also do the fage, flavored protein powder and SF syrup, mix together. (kind of loose)
Put it in ice cube trays and freeze for about 2 hours and have little frozen treats.

I like to mix the plain greek yogurt with the sugar-free raspberry flavoring syrup and splenda or

Now I use the sf raspberry syrup and a 1/2 scoop of vanilla bean protein powder and no splenda stir until smooth & creamy. If you like add a few fresh blueberries. between the 18 grs.protein from the yogurt and the extra protein from the powder it is a good little breaksfast.

The protein powder I prefer is the Smart Smoothie brand sold at Complete nutrition.

I add vanilla, choc, or strawberry unjury to greek yogurt plus flavoring such as the cheese cake or sometimes raspberry, cherry, etc and 1 packet of splenda or it seems to have an after taste. I add just enough flavoring to taste it because too much liquid makes it too thin. I put it in 1/2 cup containers and freeze. I leave it thaw a bit before eating and it is just like soft serve. very creamy. I'm experiementing with fruit flavors now.
