Has anyone had aphthous ulcer

What did you do to get past the pain

i have swisshed with warm sal****er,put orajel on them, used a prescription mouthwash for thrrush, tried to keep my tongue off them. They are painful,GL hope some of these work. orajel at night seems to work the best...gives it a chance to heal without aggravating it all day with food etc.

I always had them down my throat, I ate very little and had to drink warmer fluids. I do remember if my throat dried out I wanted to die. Lots of tears, push fluids.
