B: bariatric advantage ready to make iced latte protein shake (nasty! but I still drank it)

L: 6 slices smoked deli turkey, 1 cracker barrel sharp cheddar cheese slice (like, the BEST sliced cheese EVER!), 1/2 hard boiled egg, and a cinnamon chip cookie (my dang coworkers wont stop baking and bringing stuff in! LOL)
S: probably nothing, still pretty full from lunch!
