Stall!!

 I hate this stall. When will it end??  I feel like I'm doing something wrong...

I'm in the same boat! I hit the infamous 3 week stall a week early. Just remain calm and committed, and the weight will start dropping again. I'm lucky that I'm a very patient person!

I feel your pain!!  Two days with not one ounce change then this morning up 2 pounds.  Trying to up my water to see if it comes back off. 

My 3 week stall lasted 20 days. It WILL move again. If it makes you feel better, look at my profile page, scroll all the way down... you'll see my weekly and monthly numbers (I was much heavier than you starting out so don't compare the actual numbers), but you'll see that it's normal to stall. Heck, I stall every other week at this point, but I still lose between 6-10 pounds per month and I'm 14 months out.

Trust the process, ditch the scale for a while if you need to. Hang in there. It WILL come off. I know it's frustrating.

PS - you might want to update your profile with your surgey date, etc so people know that information quickly. Just a suggestion.

My surgery was july 26th and I have been stuck in a stall since August 7th... It's very frustrating. This morning the scale was actually down almost a pound. Yesterday I upped my protein so maybe that helped... Idk. But I'm just keeping the faith that the scale will move. Good luck.

 Got it here too!  I have not lost anything in the last couple of days!   I had my surgery Aug 7th.

 been there , done that. but it will break trust me.
