Fun & Funny Story at Work
On nice days. I go walking outside on my lunch. Every day I take the elevators as I'm always out of breath when I get to my floor - 3rd.
today, when I came in from my walk - without even thinking - I just took the steps... but I kind of "bounded" up them.
i got to the 3rd floor and heard applause. Several of my friends and our 3rd floor security guard were there and just applauded me. The amazing thing is I could talk to them and laugh ... I wasn't out of breath.
Another amazing example of how my head has not caught up with my weight loss... I don't take the steps because I'm too big and out of breath to take them and then, today, not only took them but bounded up the steps and was NOT out of breath! My amazing friends here are so supportive... it was really fun and yep, I blushed!!
Lovin' my sleeve!!! This summer is SO much better than last summer before my sleeve on Dec. 5. Just had to share!!!
