My goal next week is to try and make time for myself. Something simple like buying going to buy only a few summer clothes that fit, my closet is almost empty from giving my almost new clothes to my cousin cause they were all way too big on me. I would also like to go to the LA County Fair or Disneyland next Thursday I feel like walking and sight seeing.

Haven't hit 90g of protein yet this week, but have gotten to 80g.

Need to work on more liquids - currently getting about 72oz.  I would like to get 72oz excluding the shakes...

Good morning. Missed Monday's post. My only goal this week was to find a non-soy vegetable protein that was complete and that I liked. SUCCESS!!

I'd also like to step on the scale Monday above 140 lbs.

Highest weight: 335 lbs, BMI 50.9
Pre-op weight: 319 lbs, BMI 48.5
Current range: 140-144, BMI 21.3 - 22

175+ lbs lost, maintaining since February 2012

Doing fairly well with goals:

Goal 1 -- potting bench is almost done -- maybe by tomorrow if it doesn't rain.

Goal 2 -- stayed off scale, but it's killing me to see it and not step on it............UGH

Goal 3 -- drinking more, but not as much as I would like to........getting the 64 oz okay, want to
                up it to at least 80 oz.

Goal 4 -- so far so good about doing a minimum of 60 minutes workout at gym each visit.

Hope everyone is having a pleasant day.............it's HOT here, so going to get in the pool for a little water aerobics now.

Hi Alison!! I'm just trying to get over this darn sinus infection I got!! Boy it makes me not want to eat at all!! I'm still learning what works and what doesn't with my sleeve.. Its harder than I thought it would be.

I am headed to my PCP to get help with this cold or whatever it is this afternoon.

Have NO clues but my calories have been around 1000 a day!  Night time eating got tackled 2 days in a row!!  And I did my Mon/Wed 3.5 and 4.0 woot woot

I'm still doing my 5 day pouch test but i extended the 3 day shake deal to five because it became so easy (other than my extreme aversion to shakes, i tried i really did, when i blend it's just an icy frothy mess, maybe you have a better blender than me but there is no way i was anywhere in the geographical area of milk shakes) I'm a bit light headed today and having trouble sleeping but all is good.  what is keeping me sane is that Shagdoll posted a recipe the other day that had me salivating so i went and bought the ingredients today and that anticipation will keep me going until Sunday.  Onward and upward.
