so on sept 15th i will be 10months out from my VSG its been so crazy this year... i have actually scheduled my one year post op visit on the exact 1 year mark from my surgery... so when i started my weightloss journey my heaviest weight was 330lbs... i lost about 40-45lbs on the day of surgery i weighed 285lbs as of today im at 165... it hasnt been easy its a challenge but nothing i dont think anyone couldnt do.. my advice for people thinking about having the surgery would be to just do it... heres a pic from me fat and from about a week ago... i know i need to shave i look rugged..
