Wow what a transformation, you look great. I wouldn't recognize you either if I had known you and passed you on the street. So skinny and definitely don't notice any loose skin.

Holy ****! Pardon the expression but you look amazing!

My goal is 135 and I can't fathom it right now.

How old are you? So proud!

Cool! We have similar stats. I started at 233. Down to 170 now. I have 35 left to get to my doctor's goal for me which is 135 also. Oh and I just turned 32.

I personally want to get to 128 because that's what I call "boot camp weight." lol

Are you having a hard time wrapping your brain around it?

yes I do a lot of times...I still go out each day and have to remind myself that I am considered "skinny" I absolutely LOVE shopping now!! And it is sooooo much easier to buy clothes! It is still a day to day battle with self esteem issues telling myself I am pretty...thats a challenge!

My husband keeps telling me the same thing. He's like you're not fat anymore. People don't see a fat person when they meet you. It's mind blowing.

It looks like it took you about 10 months to reach goal? Is that right? At what stage do you remember it getting harder? I'm worried about the last 20lbs being really tough. I'm already working out 5x/week so I don't know how much more I could do if my body plateaus lol

well----actually I hit my goal of 145 in 6 months...It has taken me the remaining 3.5 months to hit my second goal of 135....my body really slowed down after I hit 145! I remember it getting really tough at that stage--I remember I would stall for 2 weeks and then gain a lb and then lose 2...then stay there and then lose another 1/2 lb...I just remember someone saying once (Frisco I think) that if iu stay on track you can continue to lose the weight for 12 months, but after that it may have more chance of stalling? something like that.....So I told myself it may take a month and a half to lose and lb and it did! But I stuck with it :)

Tiff my dos I was 233 too. Today I'm 118. A bit freaked out but I'm enjoying it.
