question about total calories in post sleeve
My Dr's plan
Between 800 and 1000 in the losing phase. Under 40 grms carbs/80 grms plus of protein/64 oz of water minimum.
Excercise up to 300 calories in addition. (I rarely use these and if I do it is only about 100 to 150 calories of it and only if I have enough exercise to have acutally burnt those calories)
Maintenance is supposed to be 1000 to 1200 for me and again the exercise calories.

600-800 calories/day
20 carbs/day
90-100 protein/day

Well, it obviously all depends on your metabolism still. I am 4 1/2 years out and never lost all of my weight, i didnt expect to, but I did want to lose more than I did..
I can eat 1200 calories a day and will always gain.. Even though i still have so much to lose. It is very frustrating..
I am back to under 800 calories a day, and under 40 carbs, so hopefully i will start losing again. I keep hitting a brick wall..
so everyone is different..
