I'm stuck!!

 I have worked 12 hour shifts all summer long and have been stuck at 160-163 lbs. for months now!  I eat right and drink plenty...Any suggestions?

 i feel your pain!  i'm stuck between 166-168 for several weeks now.  i would like to get down to 145 but 150 something would be acceptable to me.  the last 10-20 are the hardest from what i hear!  lots of luck to you!

 Thanks Jessica, I've been at the same weight since December!!  I'm a 911 Dispatcher and do not get to walk around ;(  As soon as I can I will get to the gym and hope I can kick it in gear!  I'm so upset!

Change your food radically. Do a one day all liquid flush. Then do a day with as close to no carbs as you can, then do just protein and veggies for a day. Its the gauntlet of system shocking.

I used to lose 15lbs in 2 weeks by system shocking and carb elimination. Different now, but I cant see it hurting. Just take a multi vitamin and be sure to get your protein in. Good luck and keep kicking butt!
