Frisco-Mortadella Wrap

Just came in off the road..... Stopped at my fav Italian Market.....

Picked up a pound of Imported Mortadella.....Sliced Thin Thin Thin (Thin=More Flavor) for those in the know..... I put my dial calipers on a slice .018"

Eating this right now as I post......

Leaf of Iceberg, light mayo, 1.2oz. Mortadella, half slice of Harvarti........ Nice !!!!

Can't get the GOOD imported stuff here -- have to travel to the old Italian neighborhood in Chicago to get the good stuff. And YES, it MUST be sliced paper thin for full flavor!
