MFP and cals burn?

I'm setting MFP goals and I'm trying to decide how many cals I need to burn a week. What was yours set at about 4 months out? And what about fat and carbs?
I set mine to a minimum of 30 minutes for 6 days- total 180 minutes. 3500 calories burned for the week. I never set fat goals. I did a manual setting for the protein though, and let the others just adjust around that.
