LOL about the tighter clothes.....since my gym has a lot of mirrors, I can't wear frumpy clothes - I cant stand it....and i always perform better when I wear spandex....makes me look and believe I'm skinny :-p

1. To make this the first week where I get ALL of my water AND my higher end protein goal in everyday. I did great yesterday, and on my way today. I just want to make it a week.
2. To breathe a little more and not get so stressed about my busy schedule.
3. To exercise and do my yoga at least three days this week. Enough being lazy.

We should have virtual meditation sessions - and seriously, you need to get me into this yoga thing...I think it would help me a lot. In fact, as im typing this, my "cross training" WILL include a yoga session!!!

Oh hey Feystorm,
I just realized we have the same goal and have the same to lose to reach it. God these last pounds are gonna kill me. How about you. It's like climbing a glass sharded mountain in stilettos.
Okay this week I'm gonna attempt not to lose my mind when it gets too hot to think and not use the weather as an excuse not to exercise.
I think it's supposed to be cooler anyhow.
Also to try to up my calories, using the weather t justify no desire to eat also. It's certainly not showing up on the scale.
This too shall pass. it's autumn right?
