O No She Didnt!
This girl at work that has been nearly harassing me for my weight loss secret for the past 3 months comes to me today while I was at my desk.
She asks what I do after work, I told her most of the time I go to the gym but have been walking the last few days. She says to me "Girl thats what I want to do, I am going to walk with you" To which I reply "Do you know how much walking you will have to do for that huge chocolate chip cookie in your hand?"
My Rant for the day.......
Weightloss isnt easy for anyone surgery or not, and I am always there to offer motivation, advice and even work out with people, But when you bring fresh baked smelling yummy cookies to my cubicle thats where I draw the line.
Tell her ......
"Great ! Call me after your done with the first hour and I'll join you for the second hour..... that's how long it's gonna take you to burn off that cookie !!!!!"

If she asks for a WL secret with the cookie in her hand, just quietly hold up the garbage can without saying anything and see if she gets it :-p It's quite sad but some people are really THAT clueless that they wouldnt get it.
