Stall...... the most hated and misused word on this forum.........

A real stall during WL is the worst...... so frustrating.......

I'm on a Two Year Stall and Loving it !!!!

I'm looking at this journey as a road that just keeps on going. Those stalls...psshhh, just a speed bump!

I'm nowhere near where I want to be yet!

Plus my scale reads in stones and i don't know that conversion in my head so most of the time I just ignore it anyway. I feel better and to me thats all that counts right now.

Take it day by day and fight the good fight!

Hey, I got you beat.  My stall has lasted three years so far and I hope in never breaks.  Love it.

I agree it's a bit of an overused term here.

I'm only weighing myself once a week since my surgeon told me the weight loss is going to slow down for a few months, but that I'll still be losing inches.  Why obsess over something I don't really have a lot of control over at this point in time?

I love it!

I'm a stair-step loser myself, so there are always several day stretches where the scale doesn't budge. I don't sweat it- I know that as long as I'm sticking to the plan and moving my tuchas the weight will come off.

I'm looking forward to my multi-year stall!

I think we should rename it "Pause". Thats really what it is, during the losing phase. Our bodies "pausing" to catch up to what just happened.

Our bodies are complex and have thier own set of (varied) rules.

From now on I'm calling it a pause, feels better.

Thanks Frisco.
