Hugs to you sweetie, you can do this. It'll be okay. Once you get the sleepy breathe, you will be waking up wondering why does my shoulder hurt and my mouth is so dry. Then they will take care of you as you go in and out of sleep. It wasn't bad, my hernia repair gives me pain, but not as bad as ca section, totally manageable. Then they will bring you stuff to eat and drink and you just sip sip sip. Walk when you getup to go to the loo. Use your breathing thingy and let them take care of you, breathe and relax. It's going to be fine .
