Another Step Closer

Hello...

I am one step closer to submitting for approval for surgery. I had to wait on medical records from U of M for the doctor organized weight loss program that I was in for 11 months.  After 3 weeks, I finally got all of my medical records. I would of never guessed it would take that long. Anywho... I now have one more appointment, 10/29 for clearance.  I am still anxiety about it. But as I read through posts here, that seems to be the norm.
