I make it. I use an eggface recipe. I have tweaked it slightly but overall its the same and tastes great... :)

S: 32 oz diet dr pepper
D: 1 scp protein powder in 1/2 c skim milk, and 1/2 c water
S: 32oz unsweetened tea w/ 2 pkts truvia and 2 tbs lemon juice
* unlimited water all day, with liquid totaling no less than 100ozs.

My first time posting in this thread but since I read it everyday I figure I should participate!
B: 1/2 wendys grilled chicken breast - left over from yesterday
L: Premier Protein shake
S: 2 wedges of laughing cow and 4 low carb crackers
D: Thinking homemade tuna salad...
Water: on Track - 7cups gone so far - working on number 8 and still the evening left to go.
Exercise: stacked our winter wood for 1/2 hour lunch time and will be walking with the hubby after Dinner! :-)
