L: Grilled Fish Taco w/ Salsa

D: Chicken w/ Tofu and Veggies

E: Ran 2 miles this morning before work and 90 min session with my personal trainer tonight
V: Done
W: 48oz down.

Heaviest Weight: 330 Goal Weight: 175 Current Weight: 150

 I make it. I use an eggface recipe. I have tweaked it slightly but overall its the same and tastes great... :)

S :2 c Coffee w/1Tbs fatfree coffee mate, and 2 pks truvia
L:1 scp protein in 1 c skim milk
S: 32 oz diet dr pepper
D: 1 scp protein powder in 1/2 c skim milk, and 1/2 c water
S: 32oz unsweetened tea w/ 2 pkts truvia and 2 tbs lemon juice
* unlimited water all day, with liquid totaling no less than 100ozs.

D: thai green curry chicken with onion/mushrooms and 1/2 sandwich thin

S: steamed veggies and protein shake

Im exhausted - id like to take a walk today, but we'll see.

 My first time posting in this thread but since I read it everyday I figure I should participate!

B: 1/2 wendys grilled chicken breast - left over from yesterday
L: Premier Protein shake
S: 2 wedges of laughing cow and 4 low carb crackers
D: Thinking homemade tuna salad...

Water: on Track - 7cups gone so far - working on number 8 and still the evening left to go.
Exercise: stacked our winter wood for 1/2 hour lunch time and will be walking with the hubby after Dinner! :-)

HW: 325  SW: 293.4  CW:235.0 Surgery Date Sept 10, 2012   Preop: - 31.6  M1:-22  M2: -16.6   M3: -13.6 First weight goal ACHIEVED!  On to my second goal - CENTURY CLUB!!!!
