 I packed today, so let's hope it all comes out ok:

B: Syntrax Cappuccino
S1: Tomato/Basil Cheese stick & grapes
L: Roast Beef Slices and Jello SF Cup
S2: Mexican Chicken Salad
D: Unsure - I am thinking more chicken soup w/ chicken protein powder when I get home.  But have to see.  

Water: 100oz minimum today - I have had 16 and just cracked the second bottle.  
Vitamins: Iron later and Calcium before bed
Exercise: Walk the pug to the mailbox tonight and since I am beginning to feel better - maybe around the complex too.

B: Choc/PB shake
S: 1oz of left over pot roast (it's finally all gone!) and a Pizza flavored cheese stick
L: 2oz of rotisserie chicken w/ lite caeser dressing on it
S: 1oz turkey jerky
D: I bought some grilled shrimp from Wegman's that looks so good!
S: probably turkey pepperoni and 1oz of cheddar cheese

vits: just calcium left
water: on track
exercise: 3 miles (45min) of Walk at Home

Bonjour from Avignon, France!

Beautiful sunny afternoon after a cold morning - we climbed to the top of hill where there are the ruins of an old castle, super-cold and windy - we could only stand it for a bit.  6 hours of driving today and we ended up at the Palais des Papes in Avignon.

 

B: Greek Yogurt plus All Bran

L: KFC chicken strips (on the road, on the run... what can I say)

D: Lebanese steak shawarma, some yogurt and some hummus.  Delightful.

B:  1/4 c. each of kashi go lean cereal & Special K Protein plus mixed with soy milk
S:  1/2 small apple with 1 Tbsp. peanut butter (fresh ground peanuts) and roasted edamame beans
L:   McDonalds Grilled chicken snackwrap with no sauce
D:   White chicken chili with northern beans
S:   Not sure - maybe greek yogurt w/pistachio s/f pudding

Quick question.I dont see lots of fibre in anyone's diet (do see some but certainly not a lot)

Why do you all not have bathroom issues like some of us?

 Bathroom issues are common. I don't think people necessarily list fiber supps if any.
