Surgery tomorrow 21 pounds gone in one week

 Surgery tomorrow 21 pounds gone in one week. Wow never would have thought I could do the liquid diet and have my shop open. The first three days were he!!. Can't to see how the weight comes off for the next month.

Congrats on surviving the liquid diet.  I started my liver shrinking diet today and I feel like I'm going to die ;)

 Me to I cheated the first two nights. Had a hand full of chips and the second night some cream of chicken soup. My husband and daughter were great about not eating around me I laughed at them, we own a restaurant I served food all day and they hide to eat.

I'm on day 8 of 14 for pre op diet. It's not too bad. I'm allowed salad with protein at supper, shakes the rest of the day until 3days beforem then all  clear liquid. :(

21 lbs in 1 weeks is amazing!!!!
