My favorite breakfast @ 11wks post-op (pics)

This is my favorite breakfast at 11 weeks post-op. I have a picture before cooking and after. It ends up being about 1 cup after it is cooked. I usually can't eat quite all of it.
Ingredients: 1 egg, 1/4 c broccoli, 1/2 cheese stick, 2 Chicken Lil' Smokies
Nutritional: 194 calories, 14g protein, 3g carbs, 12g fat (according to MFP)
Spray a pan with Pam cooking spray, chopped up the broccoli, cheese and smokies. Start by frying the smokies for a bit, add the egg letting the whites cook for a bit before breaking the yoke (looks prettier!), then add the cheese and broccoli. It's ready when the egg is all cooked.
