Congratulations on everything! Amazing! I bike a lot too and love it. It's probably my favorite exercise but I also do some DVD work outs at home for a little varety. You look amazing!

I'm remembering that he uses a 34, but do please confirm that with him as I don't have the best memory in the world!  He is a tremendous surgeon, and was recommended to me by an anesthesiologist friend who worked with him at the time.  My friend had many good things to say about Dr. L's surgical skills.  Good luck with your journey--wishing you health and success!
