I keep forgetting!!

Anyone having or have any memory issues? I don't know if I am missing something in my diet or if my brain is just on overload with all the changes but at 12 weeks post-op, I'm noticing that I am a total space cadet! Anyone else have this issue? What did you do to help get you through it?

I firgot my phone in a restaurant today...also immediately thought if its a VSG side effect?

I keep forgetting events I'm suppose to attend or doing things I said I would do...really annoying! I'm usually one that does what she says she will do. If I say I'll be there, I'll be there, but NOT lately! I usually make myself notes to help me remember but even that trick isn't always working these days...sigh. Maybe my brain is just going too many directions!
