16 months post op!

Hello all...I'm 16 months post op VSG. i get on here and read quite a bit but don't post often...every so often I do like to offer out to you newbies how wonderful and life changing this surgery has been for me.. I would do it all over again...even if it was ten times as hard and cost me ten times as much. It has given me my life back! It's a tool and once you get to your goal weight it's up to you to use it right...Yes. there are some tough times post op, yes...you will lose some hair..but it gives you the opportunity to learn how to cut that strangle hold food has on you..and your hair does grow back! It was the best thing I ever did for myself and you should be willing to give yourself that chance too!! It's soooo worth it!!
