It is almost 10 pm. I come home this afternoon. I drank some water, I felt very nausous. I took a zofran and took a nap. I woke up, drank some more and then walked for 20 minutes on the treadmill. I had some chicken broth for dinner. I am drinking a bit more, then getting ready for bed. I drank 20 ounces of water with a little crystal light in it. It was not easy. I am still nausous. I am hoping tomorrow is better.
