I don't post that often, but I wanted to come by and give some inspiration to those that may be thinking about having surgery. This was the best decision that I have made to become a healthier me. I started my journey at 282 pounds and I weighed in at 188 pounds this morning. The 1st pic below was two weeks ago at 190 pounds and the second is from August 2011 at about 282 pounds or more.( I didn't start really weighing myself until January 2012).

I love my sleeve and I plan to continue rocking it until I get to goal........
