So, I have not posted here in quite some time, but I need some info. I know I cannot eat any of the traditional Thanksgiving side dishes, only the Turkey is what is on my menu that I can eat. So....does anybody have any Stage 4 recipes they can share that are good for the holiday fixins? Let me know.

Thanks!

I am doing good. I had some complications swallowing. They went down through my mouth with a scope, and that opened me up enough to swallow without any issues, however, when they did that, they found a polyp in my intestine. So I had surgery 10/29 to have that removed, was in the hospital 6 days, and now I am at home recovering for 3 more weeks. I have been through it! lol But I am well. If they poly wasn't found, it would have continues to grow, and become malignant. So I am happy they found it because it i didn't show up on any tests. I got lucky, everything happens for a reason.

I can do veggies and turkey...I thought I would try to find out if there was any new recipes I was missing out on...I like to be adventurous, and the same stuff over and over gets old :) I did try some gravy last week on some turkey, it was ok.
